The head of TGC A. Ostapishin and PromSvyazKapital owner D. Ananyev are launching a logistics park project worth $700 million.
On October 1, 2013, a press conference was held at the Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow Hotel dedicated to the launch of construction of the Radumlya logistics park with an area of over 700,000 m2 in the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow Region. The total area of the plot allocated for construction is 1,380,000 m2. It is expected that after commissioning, the facility will become the largest logistics complex in the Moscow region. The author of the project is the TGC Group of Companies, which unites a development team with successful experience in implementing large-scale projects in the warehouse real estate market, and a consortium of investors. Alexander Ostapishin, CEO of the TGC Group of Companies: "The complex was conceived and designed primarily taking into account the peculiarities of the domestic warehouse real estate market, but at the same time it is focused on the needs of our tenants, which, as a rule, are large international logistics operators.
